I’m so proud of the work I did photographing, editing and producing the 10th Anniversary Edition of Ludo’s cookbook – Crave. Everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make such a beautiful book. With all new photographs, cover and introduction this is a must for everyone’s kitchen – it has a great sweet pastry recipe for tarts.
For our October Mother Forkers we will be cooking from Little Flower by Christine Moore – yes there will be salted caramels (obviously) but many other delights:

In February for Mother Forkers we cooked from Coleman Andrew’s book – this definitely isn’t your every day Italian cookbook – for that I would stick to books by Nancy Silverton, Marc Vetri, Mario Batali (who incidently wrote to the foreword to the book above and below) or Lidia Bastianich.
This is one of my favorite Italian cookbooks – 70 pages on risotto alone?
